At last I have had some crafting time, although my mission today was to sort out my stuff ready for my scrap weekend away in two weeks time, which I haven't achieved because I just have too much stuff!! I have decided i am not going to buy anymore ha ha. Well I made this car for my nieces birthday in November hopefully shell like it. Well i off to try and sort some more stuff........

Well its been a while since i have blogged, due to lots going on sadly my poor Dad finally lost his battle with cancer and passed away, i was with him in Devon when this happened so was pleased to spend his last few days with him.  The picture above is of my four children with their nan on the day of the funeral, they all looked very smart and i am sure he would of been very proud of them. My Mum is going to miss him so much.

I have also been doing a photography course with a special friend at Ware college which i must say i am enjoying, finally learning the settings on my camera, here are some pictures of my home work. Hopefully i will find some time to get back to crafting and making my xmas cards. I have a Scrapbook Weekend booked in November so i am looking forward to that break with the girls.

Its been a long time.........

I made a card today so thought i'd write a blog as its been so long, been a hectic few months. My Dad has cancer so i am trying to visit him as much as i can but he lives in Devon so its not easy running a business, family and dealing with all the emotion of everything. My poor sister is doing her best to look after him and make life a bit easier as my mum struggles to cope and is very upset by it all.  Hopefully it wont be too long before i do some more cards or scrapbooking. I am going to see Matilda on Wednesday with my daughter its her late birthday treat so looking forward to a day in London and maybe posting some photos of our day.

 Had a lovely afternoon walk around Anglesey Abbey with my friend and families, as you can see she is trying out her new camera so thought i'd take a shot of her :)
And of course i was trying to be artistic as well so here's a shot of some fungi on a tree, I liked the colours. The weather held off a bit of drizzle, and i have got the Ugg boots back out as it has turned so cold lets hope the sunshine comes out soon.

Here's two layouts i completed today at my scrapbook workshop with the girls. Had a lovely day, Bills lovely cooked lunch and Pats home baked cakes what a treat. The layouts are from photos taken in USA last year seems so long ago now. Well i have had great weekend brought a new car yesterday so spoilt myself but cant have it for two months so ill keep you guessing as to what it is you'll have to wait for the photos.

Also on friday collected the van after having graphics fitted, well pleased with it. Now need to get it on the road selling selling selling.....to pay for my new car lol

Well the weather is just perfect....if your a duck! So i am off for a day Scrapping with the girls so maybe ill have some layouts to post later. It was an early start today as had to drop eldest son to Air Cadets for a sports event, so done some house work as well better go get ready now, back later maybe. Happy Sundays.
