Midweek crafting

What a surprise, a bit of midweek crafting i done the stencilling at the weekend but it didn't work very well so i cut out the best bit and used it on this card. Quite please with the way it turned out anyway.

Well better get boys off to school, work to do maybe ill be back later but don't hold your breath x

Sunday Baking

Well its another very hot day here in Hertfordshire. But I still managed to do some baking and a little bit of crafting. Well thats it I am off to sit in the sun as I am not the least bit interested in tennis or F1

Wales Trip

It's been a busy couple of weeks hence the lack of blogging. Today I made a quick anniversary card, although its going to be late as its today, oh well better late then never !!

Last week we went to Wales as my husband wanted to view a new rally car, so we made a weekend of it and had lunch at the coast and then went to Gloucester Quays on Sunday. Well as you can see below we purchased the car and hubby went back to collect it this weekend. But i stayed home this time. Hopefully I might even get to do a bit more crafting tomorrow.

The weather has been beautiful today so we just had a bbq and a Pimms :)

Norfolk Weekend

 Just got home from a lovely weekend in Norfolk, just my daughter Sam and me went as hubby was in Le Mans and boys were doing DofE. We had a lovely time browsing the gift shops and walking along the beaches.

 of course we had to keep stopping to take photos as thats my hobby. These are just a few of my favourites. Cant wait to do it again.

We stayed in Wells Next to the Sea, but must admit i preferred Sherringham so will stay there next time. We ended up in Norwich and done some holiday clothes shopping. So two very happy girls. I have got some scrap pages and cards to show but they will have to follow another time. As shattered now an its nearly Monday already :(

Birthday Weekend

Today was my Daughters 21st Birthday we had 21 friends and family around for a BBQ, luckily the sun finally came out in time for us to sit outside. She had some lovely presents.

Here she is cutting the Rainbow cake i made for her finally revealed, i think she was pleased with it.

Well its been a busy weekend but hopefully it was all worth it, as my daughter enjoyed her birthday and she is a very special daughter, wish her Dad could have seen her celebrate  her big day but i am sure he was looking down on her x

Card Makes on a sunny day

Its been a beautiful day today in Hertfordshire, went out and kitted the boys ready for D of E next weekend. Then had a bit of crafting time this afternoon. Made my lovely daughters 21st card ready for next Sunday she has gone away for the week so thought id get it made, and i have to say i am quite chuffed with both my makes today.

This wedding acceptance is for my husbands cousin who's getting married later in the year.

Well i hope the house of hearts likes them too as they have lots of hearts on them..... :) Jules x

Well better go sort out sunday roast, hope the week stays bright and sunny.

Weekend here again

Well I have had a nice week a few days in Devon visiting my mum and sister. Tidied mums garden trying to make it a bit easier to manage as she cant do it.

It was hard work shovelling 2ton of stone but i had a little helper who done a grand job. We visited Buckfast Abbey in between the gardening so not all work. Hopefully will finish making the rest of the layers for my rainbow cake tomorrow and then off to party tomorrow night. Catch up over the weekend hopefully.
