Trip to Isle of Mull

This BLOG is driving me mad today it wont do what i want, so if it looks a mess don't blame me!!

I have just returned from our annual trip  to The Isle of Mull, we go up every year  for the Mull Car Rally. I was lucky this time and was able to on a photography tour with Islandscape Photography, Sam the tutor was great. The weather was too perfect not a cloud in the sky which is wonderful but not so good from a photo point of view. 

here is Tobermory famous for being Balamory and a nice waterfall in Aros park and below is Loch Na Keal   

 

Craft Weekend away with the Girls

I have had a lovely weekend away on our Second annual date, we have been doing this now for a number of years and we all have a great laugh and do a bit of crafting too. Here are some cards I made quite simple as my daughter has punched a million and one butterflies out using all my scrap pieces of paper an I used some wash tape as well in the centre. I am going to use them for thank you cards.

Here are the lovely ladies, as you can see we all had to wear these T shirts this time, on the back are all our nick names which have come from incidents on our weekends away. I hope to post some of my other makes throughout the week if I can find the time, so hopefully will be back tomorrow

Beautiful day Scrapping

Its been a glorious day here down South, had a lovely day scraping with the CM group we even had lunch sitting in the garden.

Here are some of my pages I done today, still working on my florida photos.

We saw lots of wild life in Florida even the bus in Kennedy Space Centre had to stop to let a snake cross the road!

I like this photo of my two eldest with their Minnie bows on ha ha.

Well I have just packed my bags again as off up to the Isle of Mull on Tuesday till Sunday. Hopefully I will be doing a photography session with Islandscape photography all being well and if the weather allows. So maybe back soon with some fab photos. Have a good week x

Busy Busy Bee

 I have had three busy weekends, the first at my husbands cousins wedding in Leyland which was lovely, the whole day was perfect, and it was nice to catch up with all the family.

This weekend we have spent at Pickering, my husband rallying in his new car in the forests which was good fun, think I even done some off roading in my Evoque chasing after him in the different stages! Stayed in lovely cottage call Gable House in Thorton Le Dale. Quite please with this shot.

The weekend in between these two was spent in Barcelona with my friend Louise and her friend Sue, we had a great time. This photo was taken up Montserrat.

So no crafting :( but i have had some fun :)
Think I might be squeezing a scrap day in next Sunday then away again off on our annual trip to the Isle of Mull. The the weekend after that is away with the girls scrapping its all go here. Will actually be glad to have some time at home.....

Second Sunday Post

Well I did go and make the new home card I needed to do. I used a Little Claire stamp and pinched the title idea from google images, quite pleased with the end result. Hope they like it x

12 Mile Sponsored Walk

Spotted this moth on my patio door so was able to get a shot of the front and back of it, quite contrasting colouring.

I have just made an apple cake to go in the freezer ready for mcmillan coffee morning, i have to get on top of my baking as supporting a special friend who has breast cancer. I am going away every weekend now until end of October so think I shall be shattered.

Today seems to have flown by, but I did have a lie as i didn't get to bed until 2am as i done a 12mile walk last night for a local hospice, medal below to prove it. Now i have a very sore ankle so probably no Zumba for me tomorrow night.

Well I am feeling tired again now but I do want to make a new home card so might try and drag myself away and go make it.

Wedding Card

Enjoyed a bit of Sunday crafting today made a card for a wedding we have in two weeks time, photos to follow of the big day.

Also made a couple of anniversary cards which i am sure will please the house of hearts, Jules?

Well I certainly need to get back into the swing of work, although I don't want to but needs must. I have a very busy September all weekends are busy away so thats going to fly by. Hopefully catch up in-between with piccys of my travels. Bye for now.
